New apartment building

The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is the processing of the design documentation for execution of an apartment building. Designed building is located in Hrochův Týnec. The access to the building is from the south. The plot is flat and it disposes with parking places for nineteen cars. It is a building with three above-ground floors and partial basement that is designed with a total 8 dwelling units. The structural system of the designed building is wall system. All vertical structures are made of clay brick. The exception are external walls in the basement, that is designed of concrete blocks (permanent formwork). The horizontal structures are designed of prefabricated rib-and-filler floor that is made of ceramic concrete ceiling beams, ceramic inserts and overconcrete. The conection structure of the building is the cast-in-place reinforced concrete staircase. The roof is designed as a green flat roof in combination with the walkeble flat roof. The roof above the stairwell is designed as a non-walkeble flat roof. The thermal insulation of the whole object is made of the ETICS certified contact thermal insulation system. The apperance of the building is completed by facade colours that are selected in shades of white, light gray and dark gray.
Kindergarten

The topic of the final diploma thesis is the design of project documentation for the permission to build a new kindergarten building, including ancillary buildings, in the passive standard. The project is divided into three parts, which also includes the design and optimization of other professions of the technical equipment in the building, so that the object meets the minimum requirements for fulfilling the title of passive environmentally advanced buildings. The building will be located in Brno-Vinohrady and is designed as a detached without a basement and with a flat green roof. The masonry in the entire building is designed from ceramics blocks, the envelope walls will be insulated using mineral wool. Roof structures are designed as cast-in-place reinforced concrete slabs. The foundations are designed as a cast-in-place concrete strip, on which there will be a cast-in-place concrete slab. Plastic-frame doors and windows with triple glazing are designed as well. The next part of the thesis is dealt with inner environment. Two ground-water heat pumps with boreholes are designed as a heating source for the building. The heat will be distributed via floor heating grids. The building will have mechanical ventilation, its efficiency against summer overheating will be increased by exterior blinds, which will be installed as a part of windows. In the last part of the thesis, where twas optional topic, is designed a drinking water supply and waste water disposal from the land, water distribution and sewerage inside the building and rainwater management system to maximize fresh water savings. Other materials of the diploma thesis that verify the condition of the building or additional information about the design, include calculations from building physics, a certificate of energy efficiency of the building or simulation outputs from various computer software.
Apartment Building in Bystřice nad Pernštejnem

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is project documentation for the new construction of an apartment building in Bystřice nad Pernštejnem. The solved object is located on the northwestern edge of the city. It is a three-storey non-basement building. On the second and third floors there are seven residential units, sizes 1 + KK and 2 + KK. On the first floor there are four garage spaces with cellars. It includes three separate cellars, utility room, carriage house and cleaning room. It is a brick building made of sand-lime bricks. The construction system is mixed and based on foundation strips. Ceiling structures are designed as monolithic ceiling slabs. The roofing is designed as a single-skin flat roof structure. The building is also equipped with an elevator and wheelchair access. In front of the building there are four outdoor parking spaces, one of which is for people with reduced mobility. Access to the building is possible through paved areas. The whole building is insulated with the ETICS system. Facade colors are designed in shades of white and gray with anthracite fillings of openings.
Apartment building in Lipník nad Bečvou

The goal of bachelor thesis was to prepare project documentation for realization of new apartment house in Lipník nad Bečvou. The detached building has 4 floors without basement. The object is located on flat terrain. In the first floor is common entrance into building, also as technical building equipment room and 4 garages. There is a staircase and an elevator located in the core of the building. On the others floors of the building are 9 apartments about various size and layout. On the second floor is located barrier free apartment. On the 4th floor is spacious roof terrace. The construction system of the building is longitudinal, built by sand lime blocks Silka. The object is equipped by contact thermal insulation system ETICS. The horizontal structure is designed as a filigree ceiling. Single-skin flat roof is covered by surface layer of PVC foil. Colors of facade are in shades of white and brown. The bachelor's thesis includes studies, drawings, technical reports of documentation for the construction and fire safety solutions for the assessment of building physics.The aim was to accomplish functional apartment house which will be designed according to applicable standards and requirements.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the design of block of flets building in the town of Valašské Meziříčí located in street Na Křižanově pile. The town is located in the Zlín Region, Vsetín District. The building is a three-floors with basement equipped with a transverse load-bearing system. The building is situated on a flat area. The basment including garages. The load-bearing masonry will be made of brick masonry elements on which the panel ceiling will be placed. On the south side of the building will be loggias. The building will be insulated ETICS with contact insulation system. Facade colors will be yellow and brown. The building has reinforced concrete staircase.

This bachelor thesis elaborates the project documentation for the construction of an apartment building. The proposed apartment building is placed on the property 1037/28, in Třebíč, Vysočina region. The apartment building has four floors above ground and one underground floor. The building is a freestanding with irregular floor plan and roof construction is designed as flat green roof. The last upper floor has a smaller floor plan than the other floors and roof terraces are designed. The building contains thirteen apartments. In the basement of the building is designed an underground garage for private cars of apartment owners. The basement also contains storage facilities and a technical room. Vertical structures are designed from ceramic blocks. The perimeter masonry is insulated by the contact insulation system ETICS. The ceiling structures are designed as monolithic reinforced concrete ceiling slabs. The object is based on a reinforced concrete base.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the processing of a selected part of the project documentation for the construction of kindergartens. The proposed building is located in the town of Hrochův Týnec. The entrance to the building is designed from the north side. The plot is flat and has parking spaces for 19 cars. It is a two-story, partially basement building, in which a total of 4 classes are designed. Staff facilities and a kitchen are also designed on the first above-ground floor. The building's technical facilities and storage areas are located in the basement. The building is based on foundation belts made of simple concrete. The structural system of the proposed building is wall-based. All vertical structures in the above-ground floors are designed from ceramic fittings. The exception is the perimeter masonry in the basement, which is designed as monolithic reinforced concrete. The horizontal supporting structures are made of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The connecting structure in the building is a reinforced concrete staircase. The roof is designed as a flat vegetated roof with extensive greenery. The building is insulated using a certified ETICS contact insulation system. The appearance of the building consists of a combination of white facade paint and facade cladding made of resin-cement panels to imitate wood, which is chosen in the shade of golden oak.

The subject of the bachelor´s thesis is the design of an apartment building in Teplice nad Bečvou, a village located near Hranice na Moravě (district Přerov). It is a four-storey building, equipped with a transversal structural system, located perpendicular to the slope of the plot. The building is designed with a total of 22 residential units, all of them are connected to the loggia by French windows, which provide an above-standard view of the spa area of Teplice nad Bečvou. Another part of the building is a covered garage. The load-bearing masonry will be made of sand-lime bricks, on which monolithic reinforced concrete ceilings will be laid. The building will be insulated with the ETICS contact thermal insulation system. Facade colours will be chosen in shades of white, brown and gray. The building has an elevator and a reinforced concrete staircase.

The aim of bachelor thesis is to elaborate the project documentation for realization of new apartment house located in the town of Krnov. The new detached apartment house has 4 floors, detached and has basement. Roof is covered with a non-walkable skin flat roof and a waterproofing layer made of asphalt strips. The object has basement where are spacious cellar rooms which belongs to each apartment. The building includes 5 apartments about different sizes. 2 bedrooms with kitchen, 3 bedrooms with kitchen and 4 bedrooms with kitchen. The garden terraces, balconies and spacious roof terrace are part of house. The construction system is designed as a brick, transverse, wall is made of cut brick blocks and formwork. The ceiling construction contains girder and brick inserts with poured concrete. The contact thermal insulation system ETICS is installed in facade of building. Facade with white surface plaster and with a dominant lining of tape imitating bricks. The building is based on foundation strips.
Apartment house Uhřice

The aim of bachelor thesis is to elaborate the project documentation for realization of new apartment house located in the village Uhřice. The designed apartment building is located in the village of Uhřice which belongs to the cadastral area of Kyjov. The three-storey building is located on the outskirts of the village, near the forest in a sloping terrain. There is also a parking lot for five cars on the site. On the first floor, there is a garage for five more cars, technical room, cellar, utility closet, and baby carriage room. The apartment building is designed with five residential units, designed as one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments. The building is designed on foundation strips and footing. The exterior masonry on the first floor is made of lost formwork and, on the other floors, it is made of ceramic blocks. The ceramic blocks are also used for load-bearing internal masonry. The interapartment masonry is made of acoustic blocks. Reinforced concrete was chosen to construct stairs and ceiling structures. The roof structures are single-skin flat roofs. The lower roof serves as a terrace, the other is covered with aggregate
